Two new upgrades - "Increase Fuel Rate" and "Increase Max Ammo"
Bug Fixes:
Station now ejects player when it is destroyed the way the engineering ship does
(Possibly?) fixed issue with unintended loads causing loss of progress. (This bug was hard for me to recreate to I'm not completely sure if it is fixed, not much time to do QA)

The first bug fix was cap I had to fix it in 0.2.3
